Visit the chosen site and spend time navigating through its pages. Identify as many issues with the usability of the website as you can. Take note of these issues and categorize them using Norman’s principles (e.g. issues of discoverability, issues with signifiers, issues with constraints, etc.)

Solution Finding
Select the issues that you believe most negatively affect the usability of the website, and, using Adobe XD, correct these issues by creating a new-and-improved prototype of the home page and two additional pages of the site.

Usability Testing
Determine whether your proposed solution is an improvement by conducting usability testing.

Refinement & Finalization
Use the results of your usability testing to refine and finalize your new-and-improved prototype. In some cases, you may only need to make minor changes to your prototype. In other cases, you may need to make significant changes to your prototype in order for it to truly represent an improvement over the original website.
